Privacy

What we collect

• Nickname and your secret phrase (stored hashed: not even we can read it).
• Email, only if you add one for recovery.
• Country of access and minimal technical logs, for security and language.
• Fan lounge messages, kept for 30 days.
• Name, address and phone, only if you buy a physical item, used only for delivery and deleted 90 days after shipping.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for ID, name, phone or address. With Pix, the payer's data goes from their bank straight to the payment institution. With cards, data goes straight to Stripe: we never see or store your card.

What is public

Nickname, numbers and Buck appear on the ranking and the public fan card. Stickers for sale appear on the Market with your nickname. If you add a profile photo or link, they are also public on the ranking and fan card.

Photos

Before uploading, the app shrinks the photo on your device and removes location data (GPS). The photo is checked by a moderation AI (Cloudflare Workers AI) and kept in our storage. Photos sent in the lounge are only seen by members. You can remove your profile photo at any time under Account.
