You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, under the Brazilian Consumer Code (art. 49).
Write to suporte@mesitri.com with your nickname and fan number. We may ask you to log in to the VIP area to confirm the account is yours.
The amount goes back to the original payment method. The number and Buck from that purchase are cancelled.
The same 7 days apply. The pack's Buck is removed from the account; if it was already spent, the stickers bought with it are cancelled too.
You can cancel within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping is on us and the Buck goes back to your account once the item arrives. Defective items are replaced.
